800m: Queen Of The Nile (Merchant) in 57s; (600m) 43s; (400m) 29s. Fit. Stimulated (Amil) and Regency Times (Gajender) in 57s; (600m) 42s (400m) 29s. Former was a length better. Both moved well.

600m: Sariano (Tamang) in 46s; (400m) 30s. Easy.

400m: Red Chief (Merchant) and Smart Ruler (Melvyn) in 32s. Former was a length better.

A Ma ‘Jaju' (Surjeet) and Suriyothai (A. Hassan) in 1-39s; (first 800m) 52s. Both jumped out well. Former was easily 4 ls better. Former is a two-year-old.

1,000m (from 2,000m to 1,000m): Night Glade (A. P. Singh), Make A Wish (Yasin), Magic Feathers (R. Ahmed), Predappio/Labinda (Gajender), Salient Star (Melvyn) and, Scent Of Victory (Salim) in 1-9s; (first 600m) 39s. The first two were separated by 4 ls, the rest of them were almost level and finished in the order named. All six jumped out well. All are two-year-olds.

800m (from 2000m to 1,200m):

Callisto (C. Alford), Calescent (Christopher) and Annoucer (Surender) in 55s; (first 600m) 40s. All jumped well and each was separated by 2 lengths.
