Delegate fee for services not rendered

For the first time, organisers of the 9th Kolkata Film Festival charged a delegate registration fee of Rs 200. But daily bulletins containing the list of screenings and interactive sessions did not reach half the delegates, causing a lot of confusion. We expect better management next time.

The crowd at Eden Gardens needs to be conscious of the image it presents across the world. I saw some people hurling orange peels and water pouches at Australian fielders during the cricket final on November 18. I request the authorities to be stern and prevent a repeat.
