The ongoing exhibtion of paintings and drawings by the member artists of ArtsAcre portrays the ever-existing, creative thought process in the minds of the creators of art. About 60 works in oils and drawings are on display. Most of them are of figurative forms, either human beings or animals. There are also a number of paintings on landscapes.Entitled A Journey, this group exhibition reaffirms the faith in ArtsAcre’s endeavour to enrich the city’s art world. The participants (a number of them are familiar names in the world of art) of this show are Apto Bhattacharya, Amal Das, Anindita Singh, Abhijit Guha, Bibek Paul, Biswajit Saha, Dilip Das, Dip Banerjee, Jaspal Singh, Munindra RajBongshi, Malay Chandan Saha, Madhubanti Banerjee, Pratima Seal, Partha Pratim Saha, Ramprasad Dey, Ranadip Das, Rajib Bhattacharya, Rina Roy, ShyamKanu Borthakur, Samir Roy, Swati Mukherjee and Subrata Saha.
