Phone shift free of cost
New Delhi, Nov. 24: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has made shifting of basic telephone service free of cost. It has been decided to waive off Rs 600 for local and all-India shift of basic telephone services, a BSNL release said. It has been done in continuance with the move to simplify procedures and make services more affordable, it added.

Mumbai, Nov. 24: Indraprastha Gas Ltd (IGL) will make initial public offer of its shares representing 28.57 per cent of its paid-up capital through a 100 per cent book building process, managing director A. K. Deo said today.
Bangur bail
Calcutta, Nov. 24: Keshav Bangur, prime accused in the case involving embezzlement of over Rs 100 crore from Bank of Rajasthan, was granted bail today by the Calcutta High Court, after being in custody for over 10 months.
Reliance offer
Calcutta, Nov. 24: Reliance Infocomm will tonight launch its full mobile service in Bengal, including Calcutta, and Bangalore. Company sources claimed that after this launch, Reliance Infocomm would become the biggest cellular operator in India under the unified licensing regime.
