Govt clears 23 foreign plans

New Delhi, Nov. 18: The government has approved 23 proposals recommended by the Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) at its meeting held on November 10. The approvals amount to Rs. 40.76 crore.

The approvals include a Rs 23-crore investment by US-based Pitney Bowes to set up a 100 per cent subsidiary in locations across India for wholesale trading of hi-tech mail and document management systems and related after sales services.
