Calcutta: The Eastern Railway on Sunday cancelled Up Kamrup Express and postponed the departure of Up Saraighat Express in view of the Assam bandh. The tri-weekly 2345 Up Saraighat Express will leave Howrah on Monday at 15.45 pm instead of its scheduled departure on Sunday.
