Mobility hearing on Monday

New Delhi, Nov. 7: The Supreme Court today put off till Monday the hearing on the appeals filed by COAI against the verdict of TDSAT upholding the government's decision to allow basic operators to offer WiLL mobile services.

A division bench of chief justice V. . Khare and Justice S. B. Sinha directed the matter to be listed on Monday before a bench headed by Justice S. Rajendra Babu.

COAI challenged the August 8 decision of TDSAT contending that the minority verdict of the tribunal chairman Justice D. P. Wadhwa holding WiLL services as “illegal” should be upheld as it was the correct interpretation and the other two members were “non judicial” members on the tribunal.
