Lucknow, Sept. 19: Richard Vadra, Priyanka Gandhi’s brother-in-law, died in his Moradabad house today, reports our special correspondent.

Police said the 34-year-old Richard, brother of Priyanka’s husband Robert, had suffered a stroke. “Richard’s doctors have confirmed that he suffered from acute hypertension and diabetes,” R.K. Vishwakarma, Moradabad’s senior superintendent of police, said.
