Supertron to go retail

Supertron Electronics Limited, the Calcutta-based IT hardware marketing and distribution company, hopes to double its annual turnover in the next two years. The company, which recorded a turnover of Rs 100 crore last fiscal, plans to go retail by starting a chain of retail outlets.

Bank of Rajasthan has signed a memorandum of understanding with Bobcards Ltd to co-brand an international VISA Electron Debit Card.

PNB award

Punjab National Bank (PNB) has received the National Award for Excellence in lending to the small-scale industry sector for 2002-03 instituted by the ministry of small-scale industries. The bank has been ranked second for two consecutive years.
