Mohun Bagan-Md. Sp. tie deferred

l The Super Division League match between Mohun Bagan and Mohammedan Sporting, slated for Wednesday, has been deferred because of the transport strike. It may be played on Thursday or Friday, provided the strike is called off. The IFA fixtures committee is likely to take a decision on the match soon.

No decision

The IFA’s league sub-committee has delayed a decision on the protest against Mohammedan AC by Railway FC and Ever-Ready. It has been alleged that Mohammedan AC has violated rules by registering four foreigners for Super Division. The league sub-committee met on Monday but couldn’t come to a decision since the representative of Ever-Ready wasn’t present.
