Bengal all out for 303

Bangalore: Fine batting by wicket-keeper Aniruddha Roy (87) and Laxmi Ratan Sukla (77) enabled CAB XI make 303 in 86.4 overs against KSCA in the final of the KSCA all-India invitational meet here on Thursday.

Utpal Chatterjee-led Bengal opted to bat after winning the toss. Other notable scorers for them were Shib Sagar Singh (38) and Amitava Chakraborty (30).

For KSCA, captained by Santosh K Vadeyaraj in the absence of Anil Kumble who is attending the 13-day conditioning camp that began here Thursday, Stuart Binny took four wickets for 66 runs.

He was ably supported by Affan Sheriff (three for 44) and Vadeyaraj (three for 78).
