Samir Chakraborty: No resident of Howrah can reach his or her destination without a delay of at least an hour. Traffic jams are not peculiar around Howrah station alone, but also at places like Mullick Phatak. What can be done about it'

Actually, traffic in Howrah is a serious problem and we are very concerned about it. We donít have an adequate traffic control system in place to tackle such a heavy flow of vehicles. However, we are trying to ease the situation.
