New Delhi, July 25 (PTI): The RSS today spurned an invitation to attend a peace dialogue in Islamabad, saying it has no locus standi.

“We are not sending any official delegation but people are free to attend it in their individual capacity,” RSS spokesman Ram Madhav said.
