Mumbai, July 20 (PTI): Foreign institutional investors have raised their stake in Bajaj Auto Limited by over 2 per cent during April-June this year to 14.86 per cent.
The total institutional holding rose marginally at 21.82 per cent as on June 30, 2003 (21.07 per cent as on March 31, 2003), according to the latest shareholding data available with Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
Amongst the institutional investors mutual funds had reduced their holding from 4.33 per cent to 1.82 per cent.
Banks and financial institutions, including Life Insurance Corporation, raised their stake marginally from 4.32 per cent to 5.13 per cent, BSE data said.
The promoter holding, on the other hand, remained same at 29.17 per cent.
