New Delhi: Jugraj Singh scored a last-minute equaliser to snatch a 2-2 draw for India in a one-off hockey match against Germany in Duisberg late on Wednesday.
Gagan Ajit Singh gave India the lead in the fourth minute of the game and the visitors were ahead till half-time, according to information received here.
But Germany scored through Reneat and Kunst in the second half to forge ahead. Jugraj converted a penalty corner in the dying seconds to hit the equaliser.
India now move to Hamburg for a four-nation tournament also featuring Germany, Spain and Argentina.
