June 14 at Science City Auditorium; 5.30 pm: Renaissance Artists’ & Writers’ Association (RAWA) will hold a symposium-cum-cultural prgramme to celebrate the 83rd birth anniversary of Shri Shri Anandamurtiji, founder-preceptor of Ananda Marga. Well-known singers Nirmala Mishra, Meena Mukhopadhyay and Acharya Tattvavedananda will participate. Also, Odissi dance recitals by the students of Prabhat Samgiit Academy, Tiljala and Odissi Ashram and directed by Guru Giridhari Nayek. Finally, play Dak Diye Jai, based on the thoughts and ideas of Sri Sri Anandmurtiji and scripted by Acharya Nityasatyananda Avadhuta. June 15 at Hyatt Regency; 4.30 pm: Padatik hosts a grand carnival after completing its month-long summer workshop on theatre, modern dance, folk dance, creative expression, Vedic maths, Feng-shui etc.
