Outstation trio puts Tolly in final

Calcutta, May 10: Tollygunge Agragami cruised into the final of the P. Sen Trophy Saturday, crushing East Bengal by 107 runs in the semi-final at the Eden Gardens.

Tollygunge will meet Kalighat in Mondayís final. Kalighat are trying to get back Rohan Gavsakar for that match.

Tollygunge Agragamiís outstation trio of Sanjay Bangar, Amay Khurasia and J.P. Yadav played important roles. While Khurasia and Bangar added 83 for the third wicket, Yadav took four for 20.

East Bengal, who finished the season without a trophy, were never in the hunt.

Tollygunge Agragami 207/8 in 40 ovs. (Amay Khurasia 69, Arindam Das 49, Sanjay Bangar 45; Dharmendra Singh 4/37). East Bengal 100 in 34.4 ovs. (J.P. Yadav 4/20). Tollygunge won by 107 runs.
