St Augustine, Florida: Nick Price, the three-time major winner from Zimbabwe, has been elected to golf’s Hall of Fame, the PGA has announced on Tuesday.
Price, regarded as one of the most gentlemanly figures on the golf circuit, won the 1992 and 1994 US PGA Championships and the 1994 British Open.
He strung together 16 world-wide titles between 1992 and 1994 and now boasts 18 PGA Tour wins and 23 international crowns.
Price becomes the 99th member of the Hall of Fame that was launched in 1974. (Reuters)
