Madan mitra

State general secretary, Trinamul Congress

People who stay in a big city are expected to have some knowledge of traffic rules. Stringent action should be taken for smooth running of traffic. Fines should be slapped on jaywalkers not with the aim to fill government coffers but to teach the offender and those watching a lesson they would remember.
