Calcutta: A bay colt by Batzushka out of Alcala, was the sales topper at the auction sale of 2-y-o bloodstock at the RCTC Monday. Trainer Vijay Singh bought the colt for Rs 1,85,000. Of the total 14 lots, seven were bought in. The average price of the rest was worked out to be a shade over Rs 1.08 lakh per lot.
