Bagan, Dempo share honours

Margao: Mohun Baganís defence of their National Football League title suffered a major blow after they were held goalless by Dempo SC in a 15th-round match Friday. The draw left the Calcutta team on 25 points ó nine behind leaders East Bengal who have played 14 matches. Dempo have 25 points.

With Bhaichung Bhutia rested for the crucial match against East Bengal slated for Tuesday, Jose Ramirez Barreto was the main man upfront got Mohun Bagan. Indian Bank beat Mahindra
