(Andre Malraux) lThis is the autobiography of arguably the most influential figure of enlightened militant European conscience in the 1930s.Told in the first person, it originated from Malraux’s travels in India and China in 1965. Of special interest is a freewheeling conversation with Jawaharlal Nehru.
