Mongia to replace Yuvraj

Johannesburg: Left-hander Dinesh Mongia will be playing in India’s second warm-up match against Kwa Zulu Natal Thursday at Durban.

Team sources informed that Mongia, who sat out the first match, would replace Yuvraj Singh. Ashish Nehra, who played Tuesday’s match, and young wicket-keeper Parthiv Patel will also sit out. It was learnt that India will play with seven specialist batsmen.

It will be India’s final warm-up game before the start of the quadrennial show-piece.
