Intrusions into air space

Jammu, Dec. 27 (PTI): Two Pakistani unmanned aerial vehicles intruded into Indian air space in Jammu and Kashmir thrice this evening, official sources here said.

The two entered Indian air space in the Poonch sector and remained airborne for five minutes before returning, the sources added.

They crossed into India at 7.05 pm, 7.45 pm and 8.10 pm in Sheendhara Top, Kantha Top, and Banch areas in the Mendhar sub-sector.

Indian troops fired at the vehicles but failed to hit the target.
