Vasco a tough opponent, says Indian Bank coach

Margao: Qualifiers Indian Bank, Chennai meet Vasco Sports Club in their fourth round tie in the National Football League at the Nehru Stadium, Fatorda on Wednesday.

The Chennai outfit, who have collected seven points from three outings so far, will bank upon former international Sabir Pasha and Lankan import Kasun Jayasuriya to fetch goals upfront while another Sri Lankan Imran Mohammed will play as a stopper back. Felix Edward and Sebastian Netto will be the choices for goalkeeper.

Meanwhile, Vasco, who won 2-1 against HAL in Bangalore last week, will hope for a win in their third home match. Much will depend on how the Brazilians Marcos Pereira and Rui Wanderlei shape up.

HAL, JCT looking for first win

In Bangalore, JCT Mills, Phagwara, and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) will be looking to notch up their first victory in the seventh National Football League when they clash here Wednesday.
