West Indies touch down in city

Calcutta: The West Indies team arrived in the city late Monday night en route to Dhaka for a two-Test series and three one-day Internationals.

They landed without captain Carl Hooper and Mervyn Dillon. While Hooper has already left for Australia, Dillonís lower back injury is more serious than earlier diagnosed. Dillon has been replaced by Cameron Cuffy.

Dillon is the third player to miss the Bangla tour through injury, including Hooper and Ryan Hinds. The team leaves for Bangladesh Tuesday morning.
