Nepal bonanza for tourists

New Delhi, Nov. 19: Indian Airlines today announced a Rs 7,300 package for Kathmandu-bound tourists from Calcutta, in partnership with Nepal tourism.

The package consists of a two nights-three days stay, breakfast and both-way tickets. Currently, the airlines’ rate for a one-way ticket to Kathmandu from Calcutta is Rs 3,225. The airline has tied up with several hotels to provide accommodation. Among them are Soaltee Crowne Plaza, Yak & Yeti, Hyatt Regency, Grand Hotel and Shangri-La. The package will cost more when taken from outside Calcutta.
