Mysore: On his sheer class, the Lokanath –trained One So Wonderful, look best to lift the 1,400m Thungabhadra Cup, on Monday here. Working well, the Cruachan- Thundering Express gelding looks to have regained his lost form and, therefore, expected to have the measure of his five rivals who may offer little in terms of resistance. Prince Zorro and Royal Steps look best may follow home the Wonderful on whom J. Shukla may call the tune.

In the meanwhile, the stewards, Bangalore Turf Club Ltd. (BTC) holding drugs related enquiries, considered the stipes reports pertaining to failed tests of trainer Dominic’s two wards and they suspended his licence with fines in each case. In the first case, Dominic was found guilty with regards to his ward Snow Deer whose sample of urine tested positive for Morphine in race no 43 during the summer season. In the next case and during the same season, his ward Nimitz tested positive for Codeine and Morphine after winning race no 115. His suspension beings from 24 November 2002 and ends on 31 March 2004, with fines of Rs 15,000 in each case.
