Jammu, Nov. 15 (PTI): US ambassador Robert Blackwill will arrive here soon on a “familiarisation” tour and is expected to meet representatives of the new Jammu and Kashmir government.

Blackwill will also meet the Kashmiri migrants, official sources said here. His programme is being kept a secret in view of threats from several militant groups against Americans.
