New Delhi, Oct. 19: The Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) today announced the launch of its Indian chapter in an effort to facilitate exchange of ideas and give engineers in the country exposure to the latest technology and trends worldwide.
SAE India will act as a forum which will organise tours, social events and exhibitions of latest products related to mobility engineering field. The body will also hold technical meetings, workshops, seminars and speciality conferences to report frontline development before they impact the industry.
SAE is a member driven organisation of more than 80,000 professionals in 90 countries. Based on the increasing membership and the success of the SAE 2000 India mobility conference, SAE International is now forming SAE India.
