Corporate India heads for Europe

New Delhi, Oct 6: Corporate India is all geared up to strengthen bilateral economic ties with Europe at the forthcoming Indo-EU business summit, to be held in Copenhagen later this week.

Both the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (Ficci) and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) will take a joint business delegation with over 60 delegates to the third Indo-EU summit. They will also sign three memoranda of understanding (MoUs) each with various industry associations in Europe.

Ficci will sign MoUs with the Central Chamber of Commerce of Finland, Danish Chamber of Commerce and EuroChambers, while CII will do so with the Union of Industrial and Employers Confederation of Europe, WEF and the Confederation of Danish Industry.
